Orders

To receive a quote for our products, you may click "add to quote" on any product page, then enter your information and submit the form or connect directly with one of our sales representatives who will assist you. You can contact our sales team through chat or email at [email protected]. You will need to provide the following details for us to facilitate your request effectively:

  • Product name or description
  • Quantity or number of items needed
  • Your full name
  • Delivery address
  • Contact phone number

Once you provide this information, our sales representative will follow up with you to provide a quote and further instructions. Make sure to include any specific details such as model numbers or special product features to ensure the quote meets your needs exactly.

To apply a promo or discount code:

• Proceed to checkout and enter your code in the ['Coupon/Gift Certificate'] field.

• Click ['Apply'] to see your new total before finalizing your order.

• Only one code can be used per order.

If you’re having trouble entering your promo code, please try clearing the cache on your web browser or trying on a different device.

Returns may be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unopened in the original packaging.


Return by mail

Reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Customers are responsible for covering the costs of returning the product(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure its safe return.


Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method for orders under $300. Orders over $300 will be sent a check.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns over $1500.


Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to restrictions by the manufacturer. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Once an order begins processing, we are unable to make changes to the order. However, if you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

In some cases, if an order is requested to be canceled immediately following a placed order, we can cancel it.

Please email our team at [email protected] with your cancelation request as soon as possible.

You will receive confirmation of your cancelation if we can make it happen.

Some orders may not be able to be canceled if they have already begun processing or have been shipped.

If you have already received an order confirmation email, it may be impossible to cancel your order. However, you can always request a return within 30 days once your order arrives if the package remains unopened.

Shipping

When an order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the order email. If you have an account, you can pull up your order by logging into your account and the shipping information will be displayed there.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 5-10 business days for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.

We offer fast and free shipping for orders over $250 within the contiguous United States (does not include Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories).

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.

• Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 3-5 business days.

• Express Delivery: Typically arrives within 1-2 business days.

Please keep in mind that the shipping method does not affect processing times. With some products being shipped directly from the manufacturer, processing can take up to 5-10+ days.

Yes, we do offer expedited shipping for orders.

You can find many common replacement parts on our website by using the search bar to look for the item name or part number. You may also find the part under the "parts" tab on the product page that the part is for. (i.e. 3.5 V replacement battery can be found on the Nickel-Cadmium Power Handle product page).

Yes! Guest checkout does require an email for order notifications, but does not require an account to be created.
